About the presenters
Sarah Coen, Senior Vice President, Consulting Services, RNL
Sarah Coen leads the consulting team and serves on the senior leadership team for RNL. Her 30-year career in higher education spans the enrollment, student success, and fundraising sectors. She is especially adept at building customer-centric teams who are equipped to manage the critical changes needed on college campuses today.
Dawn Hiles, Senior Vice President, RNL
Before joining RNL in 2013, Dawn Hiles served as vice president of enrollment management and dean of admissions at Drury University (MO). During her time as vice president for enrollment management, Drury experienced the three highest years of enrollment in the university’s 138 year history, while simultaneously increasing the class profile and net tuition revenue. Ms. Hiles brings a data-driven approach to identifying solutions and strategies that benefit the entire institution.
Matt Krov, Associate Vice President for Product Management, RNL
Matt Krov leads product development for RNL’s enrollment management solutions. He has more than 15 years of enrollment management experience at selective institutions, including admissions, financial aid, and marketing. Before coming to RNL, Matt served as dean of admission at Austin College.
Jason Langdon, Senior Vice President, RNL
Jason Langdon leads RNL's undergraduate enrollment team of sales consultants. He has more than 25 years of higher education enrollment experience at both private and public campuses across the country. His particular areas of expertise include student recruitment and admission, as well as academic policy. In Jason’s current role, he embraces the challenge of solving problems for our campus partners and learning how RNL programs fit into those solutions.
Jeff Kallay, Senior Vice President, RNL
Jeff Kallay co-founded Render and is now a member of RNL. He has a great talent for helping people think creatively. He is a popular speaker at conferences and workshops around the country, and has become a nationally-respected authority on the emerging "experience economy" and the all-important campus visit experience.
Wes Butterfield, Vice President, RNL
Wes Butterfield oversees the financial aid services division of RNL and also works directly with campuses on achieving enrollment and net revenue goals through the strategic use of financial assistance, ForecastPlus™ predictive modeling, and general enrollment management consulting.
Kevin Crockett, Senior Executive, RNL
Kevin Crockett consults directly with campuses on strategy development for enrollment, net revenue, academic program planning, retention, and student financial aid. He also helps to develop and execute the RNL enrollment management business strategy.
Timothy Culver, PhD, Vice President of Consulting Services, RNL
Dr. Tim Culver leads the retention consulting services of RNL, offering counsel to help institutions develop, implement, and evaluate plans for improving enrollment, student success, persistence, retention, and degree completion rates. He has expertise in a wide range of areas of enrollment management, including but not limited to retention planning, Title III and Title V grants, enrollment planning, developmental education, and institutional assessments.
