Jen Howe, Vice President for Advancement, University of Dayton
An accomplished advancement leader, Jen has served as the chief advancement officer at the University of Dayton since 2016, leading a team of 86. Jen has provided direction for the leadership phase of Dayton's current campaign, including the university's $150M research agenda. Jen previously served as the associate chancellor for university development at Vanderbilt University, and in advancement leadership roles at Emory University.

Kris Davitt, Senior Vice Chancellor for Philanthropic Engagement, University of Pittsburgh
As an innovative leader, Kris directs fundraising and cultivates relationships with contributors to the University with a team of 270, connecting with 325,000 alumni across the world. Prior to joining Pitt, she served as associate vice president for development for undergraduate programs at the University of Pennsylvania and vice president for development at Brown University. At both institutions, she held leadership roles in multibillion dollar fundraising campaigns.

Chad Warren, Vice President and Senior Consultant, RNL
With over two decades of experience as a senior higher education leader, Chad Warren is an expert in maximizing donor engagement and meeting goals with the best use of resources. Chad serves RNL partners in the Midwest to propel donor engagement and maximize fundraising results. He's served as an advancement leader at top institutions like UNLV, The Ohio State University, The University of Dayton, and Florida State University.

Karen LaMalva, Vice President and Senior Consultant, RNL
Karen LaMalva has more than 25 years of experience as a leader in higher education and non-profit fundraising and donor engagement. In her career, Karen has led numerous multichannel annual giving programs along with digital and crowdfunding, leadership giving, capital campaigns, event planning, and volunteer management. She has served in key leadership roles at the University of Connecticut and Brandeis University and has over a decade of experience in healthcare fundraising with organizations like Hartford Hospital and Eastern Connecticut Health Network.
