About the presenters
Janene Panfil, Senior Vice President for Retention Solutions, Ruffalo Noel Levitz
Janene Panfil serves Ruffalo Noel Levitz as senior vice president for retention solutions, offering 25 years of hands-on leadership and experience in student retention and assessment. She provides vision and direction for the firm's resources for student success, including instruments for student motivational assessment and satisfaction and priorities assessments for students, campus staff, and parents.

Dr. Tom Miller, University of South Florida
Dr. Tom Miller has been engaged in enhancing student success and persistence for almost 40 years. He has served several institutions as a senior student affairs administrator and is a tenured faculty member in the College of Education at the University of South Florida. 

Edna McCulloh, Dean of Academic Services, Walsh University
Edna McCulloh is the Dean of Academic Services at Walsh University. Prior to this appointment last year, she was the University Registrar, and has been employed at Walsh for 18 years. Her primary area of responsibility is student retention at the campus of approximately 3,000 students. 

Tracy Noldner, Vice President of Student Affairs, Southeast Technical Institute 
Tracy Noldner is the Vice President of Student Affairs at Southeast Technical Institute and has served in various institute administrative roles since 1994. After working as a high school counselor for 25 years, LaDonna Zellmer joined Southeast Tech as a Student Success Advisor in 2009 and was instrumental in the development of the Student Success Center. Chelsea Reisch started out at Southeast Tech as an intern and became a full-time Student Success Advisor/Student Activities-SGA Director in 2012. Mandy Frey has served as a Southeast Tech  Student Advisor since 2015 and also coordinates the institute's Career Services office.
