Student Satisfaction Data: Utilizing Data for Institutional Effectiveness

In today's environment, student satisfaction data is no longer a "nice thing to have" but rather it's a necessity.

Student satisfaction surveys are a key component in assessing and ensuring the quality of the student experience, and to be most effective, institutions need strong response rates, a plan to review and respond to the feedback, plus good collaboration with leadership.

But how do you get your campus departments on board? Will your students take the survey? And most importantly, will you have a partner in student success who is committed to helping you put your data into action?

Listen to hear three campus partners, Northwestern Oklahoma State University (OK), Columbia International University (SC), and Alexandria Technical and Community College (MN), identify how campuses can effectively use student satisfaction survey results for institutional effectiveness.

You will learn:

  • How to partner with departments on campus to utilize the data for planning and evaluation purposes.
  • Data analyses that have been most useful in understanding the results.
  • Examples of initiatives that have been implemented based on student satisfaction results.
