Natalie's client-centered, data-driven approach enables strong relationships with campus partners and allows her to assist clients in making decisions that improve both the student experience and institutional outcomes.
Sherri Erkel, PhD

Dr. Sherri Erkel joined the RNL consulting team in 2016, bringing 18 years of progressive and diverse experiences in enrollment and retention at both public and private institutions with large and small enrollments. At Eastern Oregon University (OR) and St. Ambrose University (IA), she directed recruitment and enrollment operations, new student transitions including orientation and welcome week, and first- and second-year experience programs.
