Transforming Your Campus Through Strategic Planning

A data-informed strategic plan is the best defense against the demographic changes, enrollment challenges, and fiscal difficulties that nearly every institution faces. However, many colleges and universities have strategic plans that may not have the campuswide scope, collaboration, data, or reporting and analysis that will pave the way for institutional growth and longevity.

Listen to this webinar to hear what campus leaders are doing to create strategic plans that take a holistic look at the entire campus.

What you'll learn:

  • How "strategic planning" differs from other annual or enrollment plans
  • What are the key elements of successful strategic plans
  • What makes a plan truly "data informed"
  • How strategic planning can truly transform your institution and lead you to your desired state

This webinar is ideal for enrollment leaders, provosts, student affairs leaders, and other high-level campus leaders.
