Adam is a seasoned annual giving professional with experience as a major gift officer and political campaigns. He is a Vice President and Senior Consultant at Chris Marshall Advancement Consulting and also serves as Executive Director of Annual Giving at his alma mater, North Carolina State University.
  
Sarah Kleeberger

Sarah has spent 25 years focused on philanthropy and the nonprofit sector. She has served as a practitioner and frontline fundraiser, and during her tenure with RNL has supported hundreds of institutions and organizations across the country. Sarah was lead consultant for the Young Alumni Initiative funded by The Schuler Education Foundation, working closely with Bates College, Carleton College, Middlebury College, Wellesley College, and Williams College over the course of the three-year project. She designed the RNL National Alumni Survey, collaborating with more than 50 institutions to capture direct alumni feedback.
