Adam Connolly offers more than 20 years of experience in higher education. He has consulted with hundreds of colleges and universities throughout the country on enrollment management, strategic planning, and fiscal policy. Before coming to RNL, Adam served as vice president for enrollment management and marketing at Coker University where he led the institution to record enrollments on multiple occasions.
Dawn Fortin Mattoon, Ed.D.

Dr. Dawn Fortin Mattoon is an enrollment expert specializing in strategic enrollment planning and institutional strategic planning. She offers three decades of higher education experience with consistent enrollment and revenue growth. She has also served in enrollment leadership positions at Western Michigan University, Eastern Michigan University, the University of Toledo, Golden Gate University, and Brevard Community College.
