On-Demand Webinar

Making the Case, Sharing the Outcomes: Institutional Strategies for Student Success and Retention

Listen to a discussion on strategies that positively impact college student success. If your institution desires to use data to inform, plan, and improve student success and retention efforts—this webinar is for you!

Facilitated by two RNL student success experts and three campus partners, this discussion takes a "deep dive" into the role and use of non-cognitive motivational data for identifying and addressing some of the greatest challenges facing today's college students. Campus colleagues share their unique use of the Retention Management System assessments in their student success programs and how incorporating motivational data has amplified their ability to identify at-risk students earlier and intervene more effectively.

You will learn how to:

  • Effectively use incoming student data to influence yield
  • Intervene early, identifying students in your newest cohort who are at risk for attrition
  • Use data to inform student success strategies—at both individual and cohort levels
  • Prioritize interventions based on students' needs and receptivity to support
  • Reduce silos for stronger cross-campus collaboration
