The best fundraising programs engage donors in a personal way. Using the data we already have on donor behavior, preferences, and giving passions is key. And so is asking donors directly to tell us what drives their engagement and giving—and then listening to what they tell us.
Gathering all that information together in one place to drive actionable strategy can be a challenge. But the organizations that have done so see impressive results. If you want to maximize the use of your resources, create a better donor experience, and exceed your goals, a data-driven strategy is key. Watch this 30-minute webinar to learn more about how to use the data you have and how to collect real insights directly from constituents to better engage and inspire their giving. When we actively listen to donors, fundraising results can soar.
We share key insights from our research on more than 500,000 donors and case studies for success, including what we learned about:
- The power of surveys and listening individually to constituent preferences and passions
- Creating actionable personas that help you approach segmentation differently and personalize outreach
- How a deep dive into your donor data and core metrics can help you see a path to increased giving, including leadership, major, and planned gifts
- What the next generation of givers really wants to support
