Brian is a 25-year higher education veteran who has served in roles in advancement, enrollment, and student affairs. Prior to coming to RNL, Brian was director of development for the College of Fine Arts at Illinois State University and led annual giving efforts at Knox College. For the past 9 years, he's led actionable research for RNL, working with hundreds of institutions to transform their donor engagement. He volunteers and presents at conferences regularly and host RNL's fundraising broadcasts, national fundraising conference, and Fundraising Voices podcast. A dedicated "giving geek," Brian is committed to provided data-driven and action-oriented insights for fundraisers that help amplify the joy of giving in an inclusive and purposeful donor base.
Maile Juranits, Associate Vice President, RNL
Maile provides strategic leadership for RNL digital giving solutions, helping partner clients maximizing their success with crowdfunding, giving days, and our digital giving solutions. Maile provides leadership for the RNL Digital Giving powered by ScaleFunder platform as well as strategy on peer-to-peer fundraising efforts, leadership match and challenge gifts, AI chatbot strategy, personal education fundraising, and digital campaign best practices. Before joining RNL, Maile led engagement efforts at the University of California, Davis.
