Dr. Kelly Holloway leads the Residential Undergraduate Admissions and Student Success teams at Mercer University. Since her appointment in 2015, she has increased new first-year enrollment by 14%, overall residential undergraduate enrollment by 17%, and increased the academic and demographic profile every year for the past 8 years. First-year retention rates increased by 7% under her leadership, and she set a University record for six-year graduation rate, an increase of 8% during her tenure.
