About the presenters
Sarah Myksin, Vice President and Senior Consultant, RNL
Sarah leads RNL's senior consultant team, providing data-driven strategy for omnichannel engagement programs. She most recently served as director of annual giving at DePaul University, where she integrated new digital technology, expanded giving day efforts, and launched successful leadership annual giving and crowdfunding programs. Over her 15 years in advancement, she's also held roles at great institutions like American University, Point Park University, Georgetown University, and Wesleyan University, her alma mater.

Justin Marquart, Vice President and Consultant, RNL
Justin is a fundraising professional with a depth of experience in both advancement and business. Prior to joining RNL, he served as vice president for philanthropy and business development for SightLife, a unique global health organization with a mission to end corneal blindness around the world. Prior to SightLife, Justin served as deputy director, individual giving for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. In this role, he managed major and planning giving for the center and oversaw the fundraising efforts of the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, a consortium of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle Children's Hospital, and the University of Washington Medicine. Justin started his advancement career at Washington State University where he was the chief development officer for the Carson College of Business during an important growth phase and successful campaign effort. His early career was with Intel, where his primary focus was the global launch of the Pentium and Core processors and components.

Host: Brian Gawor, CFRE, Vice President, Research, RNL
Brian is a 25-year higher education veteran who has served in roles in advancement, enrollment, and student affairs. Prior to coming to RNL, Brian was director of development for the College of Fine Arts at Illinois State University and led annual giving efforts at Knox College. For the past 9 years, he's led actionable research for RNL, working with hundreds of institutions to transform their donor engagement. He volunteers and presents at conferences regularly and hosts RNL's fundraising broadcasts, national fundraising conference, and Fundraising Voices podcast. A dedicated "giving geek," Brian is committed to providing data-driven and action-oriented insights for fundraisers that help amplify the joy of giving in an inclusive and purposeful donor base.
