Online Student Recruitment:
Meeting Your Goals by Meeting Student Expectations

Every enrollment leader in the country is under pressure to meet aggressive enrollment goals. More institutions than ever are increasing their emphasis on online programs to help meet those goals.

But meeting those goals requires having optimized recruitment practices, the right programs to offer, and marketing campaigns that meet the expectations of students. Why? Because online students have more choices than ever and are increasingly choosy about where they will enroll. They are rewarding programs that meet their expectations in terms of both timely response and personalized contact.

Watch this webinar to learn six key findings about online student expectations and how you can meet those expectations:
  1. What do online students expect of programs of interest in the early stages of their search?
  2. Why is it so critical to meet student demands for timely response?
  3. How can you meet expectations of personalized contact?
  4. Where can your institution "cut corners" based on capacity?
  5. How should your recruitment teams be configured to meet these expectations?
  6. How do you hold your team accountable?
