On-Demand Webinar
Building an Energized Donor Base Through Omnichannel Outreach

Every donor has dozens of other causes contacting them, making it harder than ever to get attention from your supporters. How do you break through the noise and communicate a powerful giving story that spurs action? The answer is coordinated, responsive communications—"omnichannel" campaigns that engage and energize your donor base.

Watch this webinar to explore:
  • Examples of outreach that boosts donor engagement, communicates giving impact, and maximizes response across direct mail, email, and digital.
  • How to reduce friction in the giving process with optimized giving pages and new payment technology.
  • Ways to tap into donor interests and causes through AI-driven personalization that helps you send unique communications to each donor in emails and with video messages.
  • New data on how channels work together, like the impact of combined texting, video messages, and calls.
  • How these tactics work together to support annual giving, giving days, and the major gift pipeline.
You will hear from an institution that has set records for donor growth on how they engage supporters to maximize the donor experience and boost both participation and dollars.
