The team accelerates strategy on peer-to-peer fundraising efforts, leadership match and challenge gifts, AI chatbot strategy, personal education fundraising, and digital campaign best practices. Theresa comes to RNL with significant fundraising leadership experience, including organizing the record-setting One Day for Iowa Effort, and leadership roles at Drake University and Iowa State University.

David Jakielo, Client Solutions Consultant, RNL
David provides strategic leadership for RNL digital giving partners, maximizing their success with crowdfunding, giving days, and our digital giving solutions. Before joining RNL, David served as director of annual giving at Duquesne University. He began at the University in 2011, serving in leadership roles in marketing and communications as well as advancement. He launched Duquesne's digital fundraising program, including record-setting giving days and crowdfunding.

Brian Gawor coordinates actionable research, insights, and content to fuel the success of RNL partners. Previously, he served in annual giving and major gift leadership roles at Knox College and Illinois State after starting his career in student affairs and enrollment.
