As Chief Growth Officer, Greg and his team collaborate with RNL's clients and partners to help drive successful outcomes. He also teaches Marketing at Harvard University and Southern Methodist University. Previously, Greg was CEO of Noodle, an innovative online program manager and college search site. Before Noodle, he was CEO of CollegeBound, and part of the executive team of QuinStreet Education. Greg holds a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University.

Dawn Hiles, Senior Vice President, RNL
Before joining RNL in 2013, Dawn Hiles served as vice president of enrollment management and dean of admissions at Drury University (MO). During her time as vice president for enrollment management, Drury experienced the three highest years of enrollment in the university's 138 year history, while simultaneously increasing the class profile and net tuition revenue. Ms. Hiles brings a data-driven approach to identifying solutions and strategies that benefit the entire institution.
