Andrea Gilbert oversees the Senior Consultant Team for Client Engagement at RNL for campuses partnering with us on enrollment management. She is focused on client success, retention, and satisfaction. In addition, she has served more than 125 campus partners in the United States and United Kingdom. For more than 16 years, she has partnered with campuses to achieve their recruitment goals through the use of predictive modeling services, search and application generation strategy, territory management, financial aid, student retention, and consulting services—helping those institutions recruit the students who are the best fit.

Peter Caron, Vice President, RNL
Peter Caron serves the RNL team as the lead innovator of RNL's next-generation engagement platforms, including RNL ScaleFunder, RNL QuadWrangle, and AL, conversational artificial intelligence (AI) for fundraising. A seasoned tech leader, Peter specializes in making AI accessible. During his career, Peter has helped clients adopt AI and matching learning to address their most pressing issues. Peter has 20 years of product management experience, including over a decade of building data science and AI software. He has helped develop innovations that created and defined the predictive analytics and sales enablement markets. Peter's passion is uncovering the patterns behind successful innovation and applying innovation to critical applications, such as higher education fundraising and prospective student engagement.

Jason Langdon, Senior Vice President, RNL
Jason Langdon has more than 25 years of higher education enrollment experience at both private and public campuses across the country. His particular areas of expertise include student recruitment and admission, as well as academic policy. In Jason's current role, he embraces the challenge of solving problems for our campus partners and learning how RNL programs fit into those solutions. He previously served as executive director at The College Board, director of admissions at Montclair State University, and associate director of admissions at The University of Scranton, among other enrollment positions.
