On-Demand Webinar
Changes Ahead:
The Politics and Law of Online Education

Colleges and universities have fallen into the trap of giving away massive revenue to online program management (OPM) providers to implement online education. In a time where we're all doing some programs online, why would we give up half of students' money to line the pockets of mega-companies?

Legislators, regulators, and higher education leaders are taking notice, and change is coming. Watch this webinar to hear about:
  • Pending and proposed legislation that will change the way we do online education.
  • The buzz in DC about the negative impact of profit-driven OPMs, including recent statements by Sen. Elizabeth Warren and the Department of Education.
  • The trap of blind outsourcing contracts and how they take away your flexibility, control, and resources.
  • The impact of this revenue loss on our important inclusion, quality, and student success efforts.
  • The legal, ethical, and regulatory steps you need to take to ensure you're on the right side of the evolving law and regulations for your programs.
  • A new way to implement quality, market-driven online programs with transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
