Why Data Matters for Student Retention

When a global pandemic disrupts the student experience, can we still look to past research to determine the right strategy for student success? As enrollment and retention leaders, we are constantly trying to understand what works to retain students at a higher rate. The student's level of engagement, overall fit at the institution, and the connection to their program of choice have always been critical to their success. And now more than ever, it's critical to understand how to use the right data to impact student retention.
