Dr. Mari K. Normyle works directly with colleges and universities throughout North America supporting student success efforts through student motivation assessment, advanced analytics, and comprehensive retention strategy development. Her expertise includes building strategic partnerships between academic and student affairs, peer leadership development, and the implementation of campus-wide programs leading to improved student success outcomes.

Zach Varga, Vice President of Partner Success and Business Partnership, Othot
Zach Varga joined Othot in 2017 to lead the Partner Success organization and he partners with higher education institutions to interpret insights through advance analytics, and recommends actions to help them meet their enrollment and student success goals. At Othot and from prior experience, Zach's roles in Customer Success, Project Management, and Operations focused on customer and partner collaboration. Zach has nearly 15 years of experience in various industries, including managing a Customer Success team at Seegrid, a material handling robotics company, and an Operations team at Bombardier Transportation, one of the world's largest rail manufactures.
