Dr. Mari Normyle works directly with colleges and universities throughout North America supporting student success and retention efforts through student motivation assessment and early alert programs. With more than 25 years of higher education experience, Dr. Normyle has held positions in admissions, adult education, program development, and grants administration at both public and private four-year institutions.
Fred Weiss, President and CEO, Othot
Fred Weiss is the president and CEO of Othot, a provider of artificial intelligence solutions across the student life cycle for higher education institutions. Prior to Othot, he was CASE's chief research and data officer, where he was primarily responsible for AMAtlas, CASE's global data initiative. Before CASE, he served as president and CEO of iModules Software Inc. (now part of Anthology), and prior to that, he worked with Ellucian and its predecessor companies for 21 years. Weiss holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University, where he worked in the annual fund and as a major gifts fundraiser. Weiss is a former CASE Board member and is a CASE Laureate.
