Shannon Cook, Senior Director of Retention Solutions, RNL
As senior director of retention solutions, Shannon Cook assists colleges and universities with using our assessment tools, market research, and management consulting to improve student persistence and degree completion rates. She is experienced in addressing questions about RNL retention assessments including the Student Satisfaction Inventory™ family of assessment tools and the Retention Management System Plus™.

Justin Rose, Senior Director Institutional Effectiveness & Digital Learning, Southeastern University
Justin is the senior director of institutional effectiveness and digital learning at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL, where he leads outcomes assessment and strategic planning, research and reporting, and instructional design & technology. He serves on the editorial board of the Association for Institutional Research and serves as the FAIR to AIR Liaison for the Florida Association for Institutional Research. Justin completed his graduate work at Emory University, where he earned a Master of Theological Studies. He teaches theology and biblical studies at Southeastern.

Michael Smith, Director of Institutional Research, Gateway Technical College
Michael Smith is the first member of his family to complete a graduate degree, Master's in Educational Leadership. He is currently in the dissertation phase of his Ed.D.; researching the impacts of career maturity and acculturation on educational satisfaction of undergraduate veterans. His experience in higher education includes institutional research, TRiO Program Management, admissions, academic advising, and student life. Michael also served 4 years in the U.S. Army.
