Before joining RNL in 2013, Dawn Hiles served as vice president of enrollment management and dean of admissions at Drury University (MO). During her time as vice president for enrollment management, Drury experienced the three highest years of enrollment in the university's 138 year history, while simultaneously increasing the class profile and net tuition revenue. Ms. Hiles brings a data-driven approach to identifying solutions and strategies that benefit the entire institution.
Aaron Mahl, Vice President, Graduate and Online Partnerships, RNL
Dr. Aaron Mahl possesses broad knowledge and experience in all areas of enrollment management including recruitment, retention, marketing, and the strategic use of financial aid. He joined RNL in 2013 delivering enrollment management consulting and strategic financial aid solutions to RNL partners. Aaron worked with dozens of campuses to optimize their enrollment practices and financial aid policies. Currently, Aaron works with colleges and universities using RNL's services for graduate and online enrollment.
Kevin Crockett, Senior Executive, RNL
Kevin Crockett consults directly with campuses on strategy development for enrollment, net revenue, academic program planning, retention, and student financial aid. He also helps to develop and execute the RNL enrollment management business strategy.
Ann Oleson, Senior Vice President, Marketing, RNL
Ann is the heart and soul of RNL + Converge. Ann's true passion is education and helping individuals to realize their true potential. Her 20-plus years in education juxtaposed with her drive and desire for what's new and next gave her the confidence to start Converge. She led the company in writing the first book on Inbound Marketing for Education and made the Inc. 5000 list the past three years.

Hayley Warack is an expert in creating dynamic advertising strategies and integrating engaging storytelling and content in digital strategies. Dean Logan is a 30-year creative professional and alumnus of the Ringling College of Art & Design and Transylvania University with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Computer Graphics. He has had previous roles at French West Vaughan, Micromass Communications, Rockett Burkhead & Winslow, and other agencies. He was also the founder and CEO of his own technology marketing consultancy FOUNDATION.
